The Value of Irish Bank stocks has halved. This predicts a lot of pain for the Irish property market. Protect your portfolio by diversifying into BRENDAN (and Germany) to beat oil-led inflation and the super cooling of the long and positive Irish economic cycle. Closing at the end of next week (Friday November 30th, 2007), so get your application in today.
NOTICE
Prospective investors should note that Brendan Investments Pan European Property plc (trading as Brendan Investments) is not regulated by the Financial Regulator or the Irish Stock Exchange.
The following clarifications are made for the purposes of the Prospectus and the two Supplementary Prospectuses published with regard to the Company:
1. In the table in Section 7 of Part 12 of the Prospectus headed "Directors' and Other Interests" the second sentence should correctly read "The Shareholding of each of the Directors and the Founders is as follows...", as Mr Richard Fitzgerald is not a Director of the Company.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, any reference in the Prospectus to Mr Richard Fitzgerald as "Mr Richard Fitzpatrick" should read "Fitzgerald".
